THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.39079 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not registering a F.I.R. on his complaint dated 16.11.2015. The Sub-Inspector of Police, Ieeja Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, furnished written instructions dated 10.12.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein it was stated that on the petitioner's complaint, Crime No.216 of 2015 had been registered on 10.12.2015 under Sections 277 and 431 I.P.C. on the file of Ieeja Police Station.

In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance of the petitioner stands settled.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
