The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application dated 30.08.2016 in Form 6A as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 4th respondent for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattedar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.32 cents, in Survey No.1102/3; Ac.1.06 cents in survey No.1124/7; Ac.3.14 cents in survey No.1129/1; Ac.3.58 cents in survey No.1137/4; Ac.2.45 cents in survey No.1115/1, total extent of Ac.12.55 cents, situated in Buttaigudem Revenue village and Mandal of West Godavari District. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioner dated 30.08.2016 is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the said application, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
