Learned counsel for the parties state that a submission was made to this court in W.P.No.7360 of 2020 that the GHMC had informed the court on 16.07.2020, that it had withdrawn all the closure notices dated 05.03.2020 and therefore, the said writ petition along with the other batch of writ petitions challenging the said notices of closure, have been rendered infructuous. 2.
It is deemed appropriate to close the present petitions in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the GHMC that it has withdrawn the closure notices dated 05.03.2020 issued in the present petitions.

The present petitions are closed along with the pending applications, if any.
