THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.2978 OF 2023 OR DER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of tlae Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr'P'C'') by the petitioner/respondent to quash the order dated 1l.Ol'2023 in M.P.No. 137 of 2022 in M.C.No.226 of 2022 on the file of learned I Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ respondent and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

The petitioner/husband is questioning the orders of the Iearned Family Judge in granting maintenance of Rs.30,000/- to the respondent No.4 herein, who is the second daughter namely Pinj ala Keerthana.

4. As seen from the order at paragraph No.6d, the petitioner/husband was paying maintenance amount as

T] granted into the bank account of the wife and also bearing educational expenses ald medical expenses.

In the said circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to reduce the maintenance of Rs.3O,OOO/_ as ordered by the learned Magrstrate to Rs. l5,0OO / _ to the 2^a daughter/ respondent No.4. Further, the learned Family Judge is directed to dispose of the main case within a period of six (06) months, from thc date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above dircction, the Criminal petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
