WRIT PETITION No.20439 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation. The petitioner is an existing contractor of two wheeler parking of the second respondent. The respondents issued a new tender notification dated 15.06.2015, published on 29.06.2015, inviting tenders for a new two wheeler parking area. In connection with the same, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 30.06.2015 to the second respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, if the said representation is considered by the second respondent, his grievance would be satisfied.

In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2015, and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
