HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.6176 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

Alleging inaction on the part of the 4th respondent in conducting investigation and filing final report in Cr.No.982 of 2013, dated 16-11-2013, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Learned Government Pleader, who has received instructions, states that after completing investigation in the aforesaid crime, final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is filed before XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Miyapur, Cyberabad vide inward No.552/2015, dated 16-03-2015. It is further stated that the said final report is also served on the petitioner on 15-03-2015. He also produced copy of the final report alongwith the instructions.

In view of filing final report, therefore, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps, if he is aggrieved by the said final report. With the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
