Heard. With the consent of both counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Petitioner claims that he is working as watchman in the Government B.C.Boys High School, Raikal, Karimnagar District. His grievance is that due to some discrepancy in the entry in service record, he is not furnished with health card and other benefits causing lot of hardship and suffering to him. It appears petitioner joined service on 13.03.1987 but so far no health card is issued to him.

The averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition do not disclose that petitioner has ventilated his grievance before the competent authority except for saying that orally representations are made. It is not known why the claim of the petitioner is not considered. Since no grievance is ventilated before the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the Deputy Director (BCW), Karimnagar (3rd respondent). As and when such representation is made, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of

submission of such representation. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
