Respondents This court made the following :

- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.947 of 2010 ORDER :

By order dated 16.12.2011 four weeks time was granted by this Court for payment of batta to respondents 1 and 2. This Court further ordered that in default of payment of batta the revision would stand dismissed as against respondents 1 and 2. By order dated 31.12.2012 further time of four weeks was granted. The Court further ordered that if the orders are not complied, the Revision would stand dismissed without any further reference to the Court.

As per the endorsement of the office, the order of the Court was not complied. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition stood dismissed by virtue of the order of this Court dated 31.12.2012 and no further steps were taken.

Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition was already dismissed by virtue of the order of this Court dated 31.12.2012 and therefore no orders are necessary.
