This writ petition was filed assailing the alleged interference by the Inspector of Police, Urban Police Station, Dharmavaram, Anantapur District, the third respondent herein, in the petitioner's civil disputes and in pressurizing him to vacate

the house bearing No.3-849, Shanthi Nagar, III Ward, Dharmavaram, Anantapur District.

The third respondent filed a counter-affidavit stating that the petitioner was involved in Crime Nos.117/1993, 30/1994, 77/1994, 94/1994, 134/1994, 135/1994, 141/1994 and 150/1994 on the file of the Dharmavaram Urban Police Station, Anantapur District.
