This petition is filed by the petitioner, who is the respondent in FCOP No.1374/2016 on the file of I Additional Family Court, Hyderabad to order for transfer of the said FCOP from I Additional Family Court, Hyderabad to the Family Court, at Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District.

2) Today both the learned counsel are present.

3) Learned counsel for respondent Sri T.Rajendra Prasad, submitted that the respondent has no objection for transfer of the FCOP No.1374/2016 from I Additional Family Court, Hyderabad to the Family Court, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District, as according to his information, the parties are proposing to compromise the case. 4) Be that it may, in view of the above submission, this petition is allowed and FCOP No.1374/2016 on the file of I Additional Family Court, Hyderabad is transferred to the Family Court, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District. No costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
