This appeal is filed assailing the award and decree dated 02.12.2013 in M.V.O.P.No.602 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - II Additional District Judge, Medak at Sangareddy. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
