This Cnminal Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash proceedings in C.C.No.461 of 2018, on the lile of III Special Magistrate Court, Malkajgiri, Cyberabad. 2.

On O3.O2.2O25, at the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, the matter was directed to be posted on IO.O2.2O25 'finally' and it was made clear that no further adjournment '"r,ill be granted thereafter. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending. 3.
