1 This petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C to transfer M.C.No.21 of 2013 pending on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sanga Reddy to any competent Court in Hyderabad.

2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed letter dated 04.11.2015 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been in the Court today. Permission is accorded.
