Following the said judgment and for the reasons mentioned therein, this Appeal is also disposed of in terms of the judgment of this court in LAAS No.57 of 2005 and batch. Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the judgment passed in LAAS.No.57 of 2005 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal, shall also stand dismissed.
