The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the mistake in impleading 'Warangal District Collector, Warangal District' as 2nd respondent in the present writ petition occurred when the present writ petition was drafted in March 2024 and the concerned respondent in fact is the 'District Collector Mulugu' and therefore change in the description of the 2nd respondent is essential for implementation of the order dated 24.04.2024 passed in W.P.No.7370 of 2024 by the said concerned Authority.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and duly considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of I.A.No.2 of 2024, the Registry is directed to make the necessary corrections in the order dated 24.04.2024 passed in W.P.No.7370 of 2024 duly rectifying
