Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.

This Writ Petition is filed apprehending that the respondent - Municipality would take coercive action against the petitioner claiming the subject property belongs to them, though the said property belongs to her.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Municipality, on instructions, submits that actually a portion of the subject property of the petitioner is affecting in road widening. He would further submit that if the property of the petitioner is required for public purpose, the Municipality would follow the due procedure before taking any action against the petitioner. 4.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed, as no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
