THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No.800 of 2007 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Heard Sri V.Raja Rama Mohana Rao, the learned counsel for the appellant. None appears for the respondents.

2. This Writ Appeal is directed against the order, dated 06.07.2007, passed in WPMP.No.18095 of 2007 in W.P.No.14398 of 2007. The order impugned in the appeal reads thus:

" Petitioners shall engage the respondent - workman in view of the award passed by the Labour Court. However, his permanent absorption will be considered only after the disposal of the writ petition."

3. This Court, while admitting the appeal on 29.11.2007, granted stay of the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 06.07.2007. The interim order operates till this date. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant is not in a position to state whether the Writ Petition is still pending.

4. Be that as it may, we do not find any reason to keep this appeal pending any further and we dispose of the same in terms of the interim order dated 29.11.2007. We request the learned Single Judge to dispose of the Writ Petition, if pending, expeditiously. It is made clear that we have not examined merits of the case.
