ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri B. Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General for respondent No.1 and Sri Ravi Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4.
2. Petitioner states that he completed B.Tech (Civil) course from the University College of Engineering, Osmania University and after passing GATE Examination-2012, he was admitted in M.Tech for the year 2012-13 in the course of Civil Engineer in the second respondent Institution. He states that he completed two semesters by July, 2013. Thereafter, he received an offer from Coal India Limited and he was required to join on 12.05.2013. In view of that, the petitioner is unable to complete the rest of semesters of M.Tech course and requested the respondents to permit him to continue his M.Tech Course after his probation period. Since the said request was not acceded to, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
3. Learned Standing Counsel for second respondent has filed a counter affidavit of the Registrar, wherein it is stated that the second respondent is willing to consider the request of the petitioner to accommodate and facilitate him to pursue his academic program. Though the request of the petitioner was earlier not agreed to, the present counter affidavit says that if the
petitioner makes an appropriate application, the same will be considered.

In view of the willingness of second respondent to accommodate the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate application before the second respondent, and if such an application is made, the second respondent would consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
