THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD C.C.No.502 OF 2020 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 16.12.2019 passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.2725 of 2019.

When the matter has come up for hearing today, it is represented by Mr.Imran Khan, the learned Government Pleader for Arbitration, that the orders passed by this Court have been duly complied with by the respondents vide order dated 26.06.2020 and the same has been filed before this Court in CC (SR) No.24700 of 2020 on 04.08.2020. The copy of order dated 26.06.2020 has also been duly served on the counsel appearing for the petitioner. The said fact has been accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the compliance, the contempt case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
