Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition challenging nonconsideration of their representation dt.23.11.2013 for issuance of duplicate title deeds under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, in respect of the land sold by them in Kalla Cheruvu Village, Kamavarapukota Mandal, West Godavari District.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said representation as per Rule 31 of the Rules framed under the above Act and inform his decision to petitioners within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the said representation as per Rule 31 of the Rules framed under the above Act and inform his decision to petitioners within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs.
