THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.17464 OF 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent-Corporation is going to erect 400 KV tower through his land situated in Survey No.329/2 of Yeduvadlapalem Village, Koyyalagudem Mandal, West Godavari District without acquisition or without paying any compensation. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation would submit that so far no tower is proposed to be erected by the respondent authorities in the land situated in the aforesaid survey number. In that view of the matter, the petitioner cannot have any grievance as such. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Corporation, the Writ Petition is closed as there is no grievance to the petitioner at this stage. No costs.
