OFFICE NOTE 17.03.2025 TVK,J Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that despite the respondents-authorities making effort to trace out the person who is said to have stolen the petitioner's gold ornaments, the authorities could not recognize the face of the said person from the CCTV Footage furnished by the petitioner as well as the CCTV Footage obtained from the shops in the neighbourhood of the Function Hall whereat the alleged offence is stated to have been committed.

By stating as above, learned Government Pleader however seeks further time of two weeks to inform this Court as to when a request has been made by the 3rd respondent authority to the concerned authorities for providing CCTV Footage which is monitored centrally. List the matter after two (02) weeks.
