THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.2690 of 2011 ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing the writ petition for a while and realizing the difficulty in seeking appropriate relief without proper examination of facts in issue, requests the Court to permit the petitioners to make representation to the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District, Revenue Divisional Officer and Mandal Revenue Officer for working out appropriate reliefs pursuant to and in terms of alleged Patta Certificate No.136/195/76.
2. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted and as and when such a representation is made, it is for the revenue authorities to consider the genuineness of the claim and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably, within six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
