Husband of the petitioner by name Late Mankal Rajendra Prasad claimed to have purchased Ac.0-34 guntas in Sy.No.1010 and Ac.0.06 guntas in Sy.No.1009 of Ameenpur Village and Mandal, Sangareddy District under registered sale deed dated 05-09-2019. Since name of the husband of petitioner was not recorded in the revenue records, petitioner claims to have filed application in Form 6(A) to mutate the name of petitioner in the revenue records. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed.

02. Ex.P.10 at Page No.46 is the copy of application made on 04-02-2019 submitted in Mee-seva. That being so, the 3rd respondent is directed to process the application for mutation strictly in accordance with Act, 1991 and Rules thereunder and communicate decision as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

03. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
