THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7934 of 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / A.1 to A.7 in Cr.No.717 of 2015 on the file of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the very purpose of filing of the present petition has become infructous.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Hence the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
