THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Revision Case No.1923 of 2016 ORDER:

It is represented that the condition imposed by the learned Magistrate has been complied with and hence, the criminal revision case does not survive for consideration and it can be dismissed as infructuous by granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy by filing a petition for getting return of the passport whenever required.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court below and obtain the passport on satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
