ORDER
This Criminal Petition is frled under Section 482 of the Code of Crimina-l Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.J by the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No. 1 , to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.4 of 2024 on the hle of the Kalher Police Station, Sangareddy, for the offences punishable under Sections 290, 448, 323,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard Sri D. Satyalarayara, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri S. Galesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 - State.
I / .1 Without going into the merits of the case, since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the petitioner is Iess than seven (O7) years, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner/ accused No.1 to appear before the Investigating Officer on or before 27.O3.2024 between O2:OO p.m. and 04:OO p.m. ald inturn the Investigating Off,rcer is directed to follorv the procedure laid down under Section 4 1-A Cr.P.C. and also the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble

However, the petitioner sha,ll co-operate with the Investigating Offrcer as and when required by furnishing information and documents as sought by him in concluding the investigation.
