Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri M. Ravinder, learned Standing Counsel for A.P. Transco, for respondents. 2.

The petitioner had filed this Writ Petition alleging nonconsideration of his representation dt.14.06.2017 submitted to the respondents seeking rectification of his seniority. 3.

Sri M. Ravinder, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent, states that the 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's representation dt.14.06.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.14.06.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No order as to costs.
