This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 alleging non-implementation of the order passed by this Court, dated 08-06-2016 in WPMP No.21874 of 2016 in W.P.No.17785 of 2016.

It is represented by both the counsel that the order has been complied with and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this contempt case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
