When the case was again called on 21.07.2016, learned counsel for the appellant was absent and there was no representation and as such, the case is directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Though the matter is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', today also learned counsel for the appellant is absent and there is no representation. Hence, the criminal appeal is dismissed for default/non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
