ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Senior Civil Judge, Gudur, SPSR Nellore District is not disposing the H.M.O.P. No.87 of 2013 on his file even though the said O.P. has been filed in the year 2013 and even though the respondent is not appearing for cross examination in the matter.

2. Having regard to the said submission, the said Court is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.87 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
