HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.1064 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr.Mahender Reddy, learned Special Government Pleader, at the outset, invited our attention to Telangana Ordinance No.1 of 2016 amending the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 including Section 33 of the said Act, which is under challenge in the instant writ petition.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy for redressal of its grievance. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. All contentions, in so far as challenge to the amended Section 33 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 is concerned, are kept open.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
