In view of the order passed today in W.P.No.13798 of 2016 dismissing the Writ Petition, the Contempt Case is dismissed since there cannot be any contempt of the interim order granted during the pendency of the Writ Petition which has now been vacated when the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
