This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.377 of 2015 of Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad.

On written instructions, dated 25.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the subject case has been referred as "false" on 20.03.2019 and a final report is filed before the Court of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
