It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the proceedings dated 7.01.2013 issued by the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of APSCSCL, addressed to the Joint Collector & EOED, APSCSCL, East Godavari District, the impugned notices issued in these writ petitions do not survive for adjudication and the same have become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
