Crl.P.MP.No.2 of 2017 is filed under Section 320 (2) Cr.P.C., seeking leave of this Court to compound the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 & 471 of IPC.

2. Both the parties are present-in-person and they are identified by their respective counsel and the parties also produced photo copies of their Aadhaar Cards in proof of identity. 3.

On enquiry, the petitioner stated that the matter is settled due to intervention of elders and the wife and husband wanted to live together.

As the settlement in the interest of both parties, the Crl.P.MP.No.2 of 2017 is allowed.

5. In view of the orders passed in Crl.P.MP.No.2 of 2017, the proceedings in C.C.No.523/2016 on the file of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad are hereby quashed.

Accordingly, Crl.P.No.2/2017 is allowed and miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
