HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23712 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed aggrieved by the order dated 23.05.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent in Case No.D/3510/2010 wherein the 3rd respondent set aside the order dated 20.09.2010 passed by the Tahsildar, Mothkur in file No.B/5153/2009. The petitioner also filed revision before the Joint Collector, Nalgonda in F2/6153/2016 to set aside the order dated 23.05.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent and the same is pending.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the revision filed by the petitioner is pending before the Joint Collector, the Joint Collector, Nalgonda is directed to dispose of the revision in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, Status quo, obtaining as on today regarding entries, shall be maintained by both the parties. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
