THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.20277 of 2010 ORDER:- It is noticed that when the matter was taken up for hearing on earlier occasion i.e, on 17.08.2017 none appeared on behalf of the writ petitioners, and hence, the matter is directed to be listed under caption "for dismissal". Today also, when the matter is called, present none for the writ petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf both in the pre-lunch as well as post-lunch sessions. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
