This Criminal Revision Case, under Sections 397 & 401 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/ accused, challenging the judgment, dated 13.03.2019, passed in Crl.A.No.915 of 2016, by the XV Additional Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally, whereby, the judgment, dated 27.10.2016, passed in C.C.No.250 of 2016 by the I Special Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, was confirmed.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/ accused has not surrendered before the trial Court, pursuant to the judgment, dated 13.03.2019, passed in Crl.A.No.915 of 2016, by the XV Additional Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally. The petitioner/ accused is required to surrender before the trial Court and work out the remedies available under law. There are no justifiable grounds to allow this Criminal Revision Case. 4 .
