Sri D.Purna Chandra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 and A.3, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move the learned Magistrate concerned i.e., XIII-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, for the relief sought for herein.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.
