At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing Sri S.Lakshmi Narayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents, on instructions states that they are not taking any steps against the notification dated 10.03.2016.

That being the position, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
