This writ petition is filed challenging the registration of crime No.172 of 2016 dated 02.09.2016.

This Court, by order, dated 05.01.2017, while issuing notice before admission directed the police to complete investigation, but not to arrest the petitioners.

Now it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the charge sheet is filed after completion of the investigation and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
