JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal arises out of the order, dated 13.04.2015, in F.C.O.P.No.1 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Courtcum-XII Additional District Judge's Court, Guntur.

2. Mr.Bhaskar Poluri, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed a letter, dated 04.07.2016, to the Registry, wherein it is stated that as the dispute is settled out of Court, the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal. Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant has reiterated the contents of the aforesaid letter.

3. In view of the above facts, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 09.06.2015 in F.C.A.M.P.No.254 of is vacated and F.C.A.M.P.Nos.254 and 537 of 2015 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
