This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of CPC, assailing the order dated 18.2.2010 passed in I.A. No.42 of 2010 in O.S.No.15 of 2009 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Khammam. 2.

As per the Office note, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 08.6.2011. In view of the disposal of the suit, the appeal has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
