HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that even though petitioner is no way concerned with the Crime No.203 of 2017 of Central Crime Station, he is frequently called to Central Crime Station, and unnecessarily harassing and humiliating him, offending his right to life and liberty.

On instructions, learned Government Pleader submits that no crime is registered against the petitioner, and petitioner is not called in Crime No.203 of 2017.

Having regard to the fair submission of learned Government Pleader as long as no crime is registered against the petitioner, he should not be called to the Central Crime Station nor his life and liberty be affected. If Police require any information from the petitioner in Crime No.203 of 2017, they may cause notice on the petitioner to call him to Police Station. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
