THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T PETI TI ON No.40778 of 2015 ORDER: (per SK,J) This writ petition was filed assailing the possession notice dated 16.11.2015 issued by the Standard Chartered Bank in relation to the secured asset belonging to the petitioner.

A conditional interim order was granted by this Court on 16.12.2015.

While so, Sri T.Bala Mohan Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri Vinod Kumar Tadakamalla, learned counsel for the second respondent bank, would inform this Court that the loan account, in relation to which the impugned possession notice was issued, has since been closed and that no dues are outstanding as against the said account as on date. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
