In this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., the petitioneraccused seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.8 of 2012 on the file of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal, Warangal District. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor has produced the letter dated 08.06.2018 of Sub Inspector of Police, Inthezargunj Police Station, Warangal District and submitted that the case was ended in conviction on 30.07.2015 and therefore, the petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.8 of 2012, has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
