This writ petition was filed challenging the order of transfer dated 20.05.2016, and this Court while issuing notice before admission directed the respondents to consider the representation of petitioner dated 23.05.2016 and pass appropriate orders thereon.

Now, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that an order was passed on 07.06.2016 rejecting the representation of petitioner.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition challenging the rejection order dated 07.06.2016. No order as to costs.
