In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the subject suit in O.S.No.711 of 2010 on the file of the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of on 23.08.2016 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
