THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.30 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. to withdraw C.C.No.709 of 2012 pending on the file of court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nalgonda, Nalgonda District, and transfer the same to any competent Court at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders need be passed in this petition and hence the transfer criminal petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
